Removed sliding glass door and replaced it with a 6ft. low E multi-light Atrium Door. Installed Hard-Siding on the exterior, installed drywall in the interior. Matched the interior sand mixed paint and painted the Hardi-Siding to match the home’s siding color.

Completely prepped and re-painted this Heritage Keller executive home. Painted all of the interior walls, ceilings, doors and trim with various colors of paint. Re-faced the drywall under a Kitchen eating area with paneled picture frame ash and painted. Applied faux finish to the fireplace Mantle and installed Gallo Italliano granite to the hearth. Painted front door and rear door, and power washed the outside of the home and did touch-up painting to various areas on the exterior.

Large scale rennovation of this Flower Mound home. Removed two ancient 9 ft. glass sliding doors and replaced them with a 6ft. picture window and a 6\’ Atrium door. Installed wood laminate flooring on all of the downstairs floors with new colonial base molding. Painted the base moldings and walls as required by the addition of the door and window. Tore out the existing upstairs Master Bath shower stall and installed new designer tile, faucet and trim accents. Re-painted the bathroom walls and installed new toilets in all three bathrooms.

Painted Kitchen walls trim and cabinets. Repaired baseboard and installed new bottom to sink cabinet and kitchen sink faucet. Installed trim in other parts of the house that was damaged and or had not been installed previously.
Replaced exterior molding and trim where damaged, re-painted exterior of the home with Sherwin Williams Super Paint.
Removed large rotten section of back yard fence, installed new panels and constructed new side fence door. Repaired the other side’s door.
Installed new shower faucet in Master Bathroom.
